Bill has been interested in art since childhood, and opened his business at Gladstone Park Shopping Centre in 1994.
What continues to motivate Bill is admiring artworks his customers bring in to be re-framed and being able to enhance that artwork artistically with proper framing work. Then to see the customer thrilled with the result.
